Language Monster connects directly to the tools your development and operations teams already use, eliminating the manual export-import cycle that slows down most localization workflows. When new strings are committed to your repository, Language Monster pulls them automatically, routes them through translation, and pushes the results back — so your codebase and your locales stay in sync without any manual file handling.
Repos
When a developer commits new source strings to your repository, Language Monster detects the change and pulls the updated files automatically. Once translation is complete, the translated files are pushed back to a branch of your choice, ready to merge. This removes the manual export-import loop that typically creates lag between a code change and a localized release.
We currently support direct integration with GitHub, Bitbucket, and Azure Repos.
Cloud Storge
Our Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage integrations let you store and retrieve translation files directly from your cloud buckets. This is useful for teams that deploy via cloud-native pipelines or need an automated backup of all locale data held outside Language Monster. Files can be pushed to a bucket on completion or pulled from a bucket as a source — giving you flexibility in how translation assets flow through your infrastructure.
Notifications
Language Monster can send Slack notifications when translations are submitted, reviewed, or marked complete, so your team knows the moment a locale is ready without having to check the dashboard. Webhook support lets you trigger downstream processes automatically — for example, rebuilding and redeploying your application as soon as a translation batch is approved. Email notifications are available for stakeholders who need visibility but do not work directly inside Language Monster.
