Your Translators
In most development workflows, translators are dependent on developers. Files need to be exported, sent over, translated offline, then re-imported — a slow cycle that creates bottlenecks and delays releases. Language Monster removes this friction by giving your translators a dedicated environment where they can work directly, without waiting on anyone else.
Translators in Language Monster see all the strings that need attention: new content added since their last session, strings flagged for review after a source change, and anything returned with feedback. There is no need to track down what is outstanding — the platform surfaces it automatically.
Context is one of the biggest challenges in software translation. A short string like "Save" or "Back" can mean different things in different parts of an interface. Visual Context in Language Monster lets translators attach screenshots to specific strings, so they can see exactly where each piece of text appears before they translate it. Paired with the Glossary, which enforces consistent terminology across the whole project, this significantly reduces review cycles and rework.
Translation Memory means your translators never translate the same sentence twice. When a string matches — exactly or closely — something already translated elsewhere in the project or in previous versions, the match is surfaced immediately. Translators can accept, adapt, or override the suggestion, but the time saved across a large project is substantial.
Language Monster also supports a review and approval workflow. Translated strings can be passed to a reviewer before they are marked complete, giving you quality control without managing it through email threads or separate tools. The full translation history is retained, so any version can be restored if needed.
