Comments and discussions sit directly on each key. When a translator is unsure about the right term, they raise it in context — not in a separate email chain. When a developer adds a new string, they can leave a note explaining how and where it will be displayed on screen.

When one translator makes a terminology decision — the preferred rendering of a branded concept, the right register for a product voice — that decision is captured automatically and applied to future work by everyone translating that language.
